In November, the Rainforest Alliance will launch an easier way to pay invoices. We’re partnering with Flywire, a trusted global payment platform that makes transactions faster and more secure.

Starting then, each invoice will include a Flywire payment link that lets you pay online in just a few clicks.

A better experience for you

This update is designed to make your payment faster and more convenient. With Flywire, you will be able to:

  • Save time by paying multiple invoices at once—even across crops or projects

  • Transact locally in your preferred currency

  • Select your preferred payment method

  • Receive email and SMS notifications on your payment’s status, or create a Flywire account to track your payment online

  • Simplify your admin with fewer manual steps

Step-by-step guide on how to make your payments

1. Access the Payment link

Click the payment link provided on the email with your invoice. This will direct you to a screen displaying the amount due.

2. Initiate Payment

On the payment screen, click the green “Pay” button located in the top right corner.

3. Select Payment Amount

Choose “Pay in Full” under the “Amount to Pay” section, and then click the green “Next” button.

4. Select Payment Method

From the dropdown menu, select your preferred payment method. This walkthrough demonstrates a credit card payment, but options include direct debit, bank transfer, or other alternative methods that may vary per country.

5. Enter Your Information

After clicking the green "Pay" button, you will be directed to a page to enter your information. Here, you will need to:

  • Enter your contact details.

  • Enter your billing address.

  • Accept the Flywire terms and conditions.

6. View Currency and Payment Options

Once your contact information is entered, you will confirm the currency and payment method of your choice. To view more currency options, click "Show additional currency options."

7. Complete Payment

Enter your payment details and confirm your payment.

8. Confirmation of Payment

Once your payment is completed, you will receive a payment confirmation via email.
