Request to close your Rainforest Alliance/UTZ legacy account(s)

Dear Partner,   

As part of the efforts towards transition to the 2020 Rainforest Alliance certification program, your organization must clean out your traceability legacy account(s). This requires you to confirm, redeem, remove, and/or move volumes from your legacy traceability account to your Rainforest Alliance 2020 account.   

To continue having access to any remaining stock in your legacy account in MultiTrace (account ID: ME01_XXXXX) these stocks need to be transferred to your Rainforest Alliance 2020 account in the Rainforest Alliance Certification Platform - RACP (account ID: RA_XXXXXXXX) as specified hereinafter:   

To consolidate your legacy volumes in your Rainforest Alliance 2020 account:  

1. Follow the step-by-step instructions on the article.
2. Fill out the MultiTrace Legacy Account Closure Form and send it back to us before September 13th, 2024. The Rainforest Alliance will help you close your legacy account(s).
   Please note that not all processes for stock management are available from this approach.   

Please be aware that if no action is taken by September 13th, 2024, we will confirm and redeem all stocks from your legacy account(s), and they will no longer be available. If royalties are associated with these stocks, we will send an invoice to you. If you have a non-conformity related to an action on your legacy account(s), please contact your Certification Body.
