FIA (Farm Intelligence Application)

Introduction

The Farm Intelligence Application (FIA) is a platform designed by the Rainforest Alliance to support certified and perspective farm and farm group Certificate Holders with data collection, data management, and analysis to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities. 

FIA is a platform consisting of a web portal and a mobile application.

• guidance material for both web and mobile versions, to download and share with Certificate Holders who have been trained to use FIA.
• training material for RA trainers, to use during the trainings to Certificate Holders.

This document is intended to provide guidance to internal inspectors and other users involved in field visits and inspections to capture data from the Group Members and their farms using the mobile-based application of the Farm Intelligence Application.
