Our public List of Certificate Holders will include information on non-conformities

We started collecting information on Certificate Holder audit results in July 2023. Exciting news: as of March 1st 2024, the List of Certificate Holders on our website will include audit information on non-conformities for each License! As a Rainforest Alliance employee you already have access to the PowerBI report. 

As the checklist functionality was implemented as of July 2023 in RACP, we don not yet have 100% of the data. However, on the report you can check this and click on the ones that are available. To view, click on the license you want to check as shown on the below steps.

Non-conformities reported for Certificate Holders that have a granted license status have been closed within the timeline allowed from the audit until the certification decision was taken.

We are only sharing the non-conformity number. The detailed description of the findings and corrective action plan still needs to go through alignment between auditors across all regions to ensure consistency in data and safeguard against sensitive information being disclosed.

EUDR Alignment Requirements Update for the Self-Assessment

We now have translations available for the EUDR alignment requirements in the self-assessment/checklist for the following languages:

• Spanish
• French
• Indonesian
• Japanese
• Portuguese
• Turkish
• Vietnamese
• Chinese

This update will be shared with our CHs in the next external communication.
