This document serves three key purposes to assist organizations in:

- Determining if products or promotional materials are eligible to carry the Rainforest Alliance certification seal or other trademarks;
- Understanding the requirements that relate to each specific case; and
- Following the process of obtaining approval to use the Rainforest Alliance trademarks.
