These surveys are part of the Indicator Annex V1.1 updates. They are Excel files that simply show the types of questions asked on the Rainforest Alliance Certification Platform (RACP). They are for reference only and should not be used instead of the platform. Therefore, indicators still need to be submitted to a Certification Body using the RACP, and not in the excel.
Please note that not all questions will apply to every certificate holder. The surveys are meant as a guide. When a Certificate Holder requests the indicator link through the RACP, they will see only the questions that apply to their specific group type.
