User Verification Process and 25 July System Downtime

Important: July 25^th there will be a temporary downtime in our systems* between 4.30 AM CET - 9.30 AM CET (8.00 AM IST – 1.00 PM IST)

Dear partner,

Thank you for being a part of our alliance.

On the 25^th of July the Rainforest Alliance launches its one-time user verification process for all our users logging in to our various online platforms. This process is designed to enhance the security of your account and user information. The verification process will be automatically initiated upon your log in to one of our platforms.

Once you have completed the verification process, you can use our online platforms as required.

The verification process will allow you to:

• Log in with your email address
• Access all your accounts with a single login
• Organize and combine your accounts, if you have multiple accounts
