WHAT IS THE RALN?

The Rainforest Alliance Learning Network (RALN) is RA's Learning Management System (LMS). Rainforest Alliance uses the RALN to facilitate learning on the Sustainable Agriculture Standard and many other themes across a wide range of target groups.

WHY DO WE USE IT?

Through the RALN, participants of face-to-face and online training, as well as E-courses, can enrol on different course pages, track their learning progress, improve their competencies, and submit feedback.

If you have any questions, please reach out to learn@ra.org

HOW DO I REGISTER AND LOGIN?

You can register at any time by going to https://learn.ra.org and click on "register". More guidance can be found here.

WHERE CAN I FIND TRAININGS AND E-COURSES THAT ARE AVAILABLE TO ME?

The RALN hosts hundreds of pages for individual F2F and online training events as well as E-courses. You can find these in the following places:

  • If you are new to the RALN and haven't been invited or enrolled into any courses yet, you can browse the course offering openly available to you in the block on the right-hand side of your screen by clicking Open E-courses.
  • You can browse through a wider offering via the tab All courses on the top of your screen. Please note that most trainings in RALN are not open to all participants, but are "targeted" and available upon invitation only. Should you want to inquire about access to any targeted training, please contact the trainer directly when possible.
  • Are you already enrolled into some courses or training? Right after logging in, you can view the trainings and e-courses you have recently accessed on your is the landing page after logging in. Here, you can view the trainings and e-courses you have recently accessed. You can also view badges (digital recognitions awarded after completing certain learning milestones in the individual pages for trainings and e-courses) scrolling down on the dashboard. You can browse through all of the trainings and courses you are enrolled in via the My courses tab and view your progress.
