In this article, we’ll walk you through how the MyRA system interacts with the Traceability and Claims platforms within the Old RACP framework. Our goal is to make the data flow and integration between these systems easy to understand, so you can see how they work together seamlessly.
For Migrated Certificate Holders
If you’re a migrated Certificate Holder, here’s what you need to know:
Claims tile: This will be available to you right from the start.
Traceability tile: It will only appear once you’ve set all varieties and traceability levels per each crop, as some of this information wasn’t migrated automatically.
Please note that this doesn’t affect your license status. However, until you complete these steps, the “Let’s Get Familiarized” tiles won’t show as completed (see image below).

To help you, we have prepared the below video that explains how to fill in any missing details for sites and traceability levels.
Once all sections in “Let’s Get Familiarized” are completed, click on Certification to confirm the Terms and Conditions.
After signing, both the Traceability will become active. Please see the below video for more details.
Finally, by clicking on the respective tiles, you’ll be redirected to the old RACP login screen, where you can access Traceability and Claims using your existing credentials.

For New Organizations
For new organizations, the process is similar:
The Claims tile will be available from the beginning.
The Traceability tile will appear only after you apply for certification, sign a License Agreement and sign the Terms and Conditions.
All users will then be redirected to the Old RACP login screen.
