What is the FIA App for?

The Farm Intelligence Application is a web and mobile platform designed to be used by fam groups to support data collection and data management.

The web component aims to assist certification managers with administration, group member registration, and feedback on inspection non-conformities.

The mobile component is used by internal inspectors to conduct the internal inspections, update farmer and farm information, capture geodata in point and polygon formats, and most importantly, enable immediate feedback to farmers on farm performance and required corrective actions.

What is this User Guide for?

We have created this User Guide to help you navigate the new app. It includes several video tutorials that demonstrate how to use the various features.

When should you start using the new App?

Organizations with an active inspection cycle must complete the inspection cycle using the old FIA mobile. The impact mentioned above does not apply to these inspections 

The new FIA app should be used when conducting all new inspections/surveys starting from 4^th of November.
