Rainforest Alliance User Verification Process

Dear partner,
In the coming weeks, the Rainforest Alliance will implement a one-time user verification process for all our users logging in to our various platforms.
The verification process is a short 3-step process in which we ask you to verify your account and confirm the email address you would like to link to your user account. This step is designed to enhance the security of your account and user information.
Once you have completed the verification process, you can use our online platforms as required.
All existing users on the Rainforest Alliance Certification Platform, MultiTrace, Farm Intelligence Platform and CB Management are required to go through this process.
The verification process will allow you to:
- Log in with your email address
- Access all your accounts with a single log in
- Organize and combine your accounts, if you have multiple accounts
In the coming weeks we will launch the verification process. Upon logging into our platforms, you will be automatically redirected to complete the verification process. The Rainforest Alliance will inform you via email on the day of the launch.
